Vaibhav, with his vast experience in the field of HR, has successfully served as the Managing Director of VLS Sourcing, a renowned recruitment consulting firm specializing in the Hospitality and IT industries. Within VLS Sourcing, he takes charge of hospitality hiring, ensuring the selection of top talent for clients.Previous to this he was associated with Jubilant FoodWorks and was heading North India HR for their Brand Dunkin Donuts.

Vaibhav has a passion for HR consulting and helping many brands to design their organization structure, draft the JD for all positions, decide the KRA and KPI of the team, and place the review system in the organization. Hence he wants to add different other HRMS features in TrueCV.
