TrueHRIS is an HR management software platform developed and operated by VLS Technology, a company registered in India. When we refer to "TrueHRIS," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy, we mean VLS Technology and the TrueHRIS platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Account registration information (name, email address, phone number, company name)
Employee data entered into the platform (names, salaries, attendance, leave records, bank details)
Payment and billing information (processed securely through certified Indian payment gateways)
Support requests, demo bookings, and communications you send us

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
Device and browser information (type, operating system, IP address)
Log data (access times, error logs)

            🔒 We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers or biometric templates unless specifically configured by your employer for verified attendance authentication.
        

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the TrueHRIS platform and its features
To process payroll, generate statutory compliance reports (PF, ESI, TDS), and deliver attendance functionality
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
To comply with statutory legal obligations under Indian law

4. Data Storage & Security

All TrueHRIS customer data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers located within the territory of the Republic of India. We implement modern security standards including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

Your data remains accessible throughout your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, you have a 30-day grace window to export all reports and payroll records. After 30 days, tenant data is securely purged from production clusters.
